No previous CXR ---> CT Chest
If previous CXR + ----> If no change in size <2cm, non-smoker, age <35 ---> repeat CXR Q 3 Monthly.
If Changes + ---> CT Chest.
Calcification + in CT scan
(A) Benign calcification -Popcorn =Harmatoma, Bull Eye=granuloma, diffuse/central/laminar ---> F/U Q3M
(B) Malignant calcification - Stippled, Eccentric, sunburst ---> Resection
No Calcification in CT chest
(A) age >35, smoker, size >2cm, doubling time 25-450days ----> resection.
(B) age<35, non-smoker, size <2cm ----> F/U Q3M

Corrected retic count
Need to do corrected retic count if pt has anemia.
Corrected retic count = Retic count X Hb of pt/15
OR
Corrected retic count = retic count X HCT/45
Corrected retic count = Retic count X Hb of pt/15
OR
Corrected retic count = retic count X HCT/45
